Agugiaro&Figna Molini arrives in Colorado to the Slow Food Nations, the international food festival scheduled in Denver from 19th to 21st July. Thanks to the consolidated partnership with Slow Food, the international non-profit association committed to restoring the right value to food in the world, the Italian milling company will be the star of the food festival with the references of the Le 5 Stagioni line, the innovative range of flours composed of over 20 types of products dedicated to the professional use in pizzeria, and with the Retail line, the Mill first flour range for the supermarkets, created for those who have a cooking passion to bring to their table. Extraordinary guests are the world-famous “maestro pizzaiolo” Andrea Starita, the Neapolitan pride who conquered the Big Apple by becoming the leader in New York cuisine Pasquale Cozzolino, and the winner of the 23rd "World Pizza Championship" that conquered Australia with the Neapolitan tradition Johnny di Francesco, for a festival dedicated to the gastronomic excellence.
