International Competition "The new spaces for bread"
The new International Competition "Storie di Farina" is organized by Agugiaro & Figna Molini SpA with its line of flours for bakery "Storie di Farina" in collaboration with the ARD&NT Institute (Politecnico di Milano e Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera). The Competition’s scope is to emphasise innovation and to boost attention on the new market’s requirements, and it is open to architects, entrepreneurs, designers and contractors.
The new Concorso Storie di Farina will award 3 already existing and operating bakeries. The total amount of the prize is € 7,500.
Participation is free.
