Le 5 Stagioni protagonist of the Fine Food in Sydney09/09/2019
Agugiaro & Figna will partecipate to the Fine Food 2019, the international food show dedicated to the agrifood in Sidney from the 9th till the 12th September. The milling company will be the protagonist with a booth dedicated to Le 5 Stagioni flour range and to the new products: La Biologica, (Organic flour), La Napoletana (flour to produce the real Neapolitan Pizza ) and the wholewheat flour Mora.
The Mill will also be present with a demonstration area at the entrance of the exhibition where the technicians and collaborators of Agugiaro & Figna will hold educational labs dedicated to the production of pizza Napoletana and breakfast leavened products, produced with the flour range for pastry “Le Sinfonie”.
A large space will also be dedicated to our Gluten free mix for pizza and for other baked products.
Finally, the Mill will also be the sponsor of the Pizza Championship, the Australian pizza Championship where the best Australian Pizzaioli will challenge.
