Le 5 Stagioni by Agugiaro&Figna Molini lands in America at the Summer Fancy Food Show, the largest specialty food industry event in North America, from June 23rd through June 25th . Over 2,000 exhibitors will gather in NYC from 55 countries and regions worldwide to celebrate enogastronomic excellence from all over the world.
Agugiaro&Figna Molini will showcase its products within the Italian Hall, with a special focus on its range of flours dedicated to pizza restaurants - Le 5 Stagioni. Other big protagonists of the 2019 summer showcase are also the Biologica flour, 100% organic and exclusively produced with Italian grains, and the Napoletana flour, the ideal flour to obtain doughs with the characteristic Napoletanean volume, now also available in a new green packaging version. Different from the traditional Napoletana Rossa in terms of protein content, both these references available in red and green packs respectively, ensure the best elasticity and pizza rim results.
At the Summer Fancy Food Festival also the Retail line will be presented, the first range of Agugiaro&Figna Molini flours created for the Large Retail sector.
